PET POSHAN – SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At Pet Poshan, every meal is freshly prepared and delivered with care. This policy outlines how our delivery system works, so you know exactly what to expect.
1. Service Areas
We currently deliver to select neighbourhoods in Pune.
Service availability may vary by PIN code and can change as we expand thoughtfully.
If an address is found to be non-serviceable after order confirmation, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be processed.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Meals are prepared fresh daily in small batches
- Deliveries are scheduled as per your selected plan
- Typical delivery windows will be communicated via WhatsApp
Please note:
Delivery timings are indicative and may vary due to operational factors.
3. Customer Availability
We request you to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
If you are unavailable:
- You may request us to leave the order with security or a neighbour (at your own risk)
- If delivery cannot be completed, it will be marked as unsuccessful
Due to the perishable nature of our meals, missed deliveries are not eligible for refunds/replacement.
4. Delivery Delays
While we strive to be consistent, delays may occur due to:
- Traffic or route disruptions
- Weather conditions
- Local restrictions or unforeseen operational challenges
In such cases, we will communicate updates and attempt delivery at the earliest possible time.
5. Packaging & Food Safety
- Meals are packed in clean, food-grade containers
- We recommend refrigerating meals immediately upon receipt
Pet Poshan is not responsible for spoilage once delivery has been completed.
6. Issues with Delivery
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Leaking
- Incorrect
Please inform us within 4 hours of delivery with photos/videos via WhatsApp.
After verification, we may offer:
- A replacement in the next available slot, or
- A refund/credit, as applicable
Requests raised beyond this window may not be eligible due to the perishable nature of our meals.
7. Address Changes
Any changes to delivery address or instructions must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
We may not be able to accommodate last-minute changes.
8. No Returns Policy
As our meals are fresh and perishable, we do not accept returns once delivered.
9. Non-Delivery Due to Our End
If we are unable to deliver due to operational reasons from our side, you will be eligible for a rescheduled delivery / compensatory meal
10. Delivery Partners
Deliveries may be fulfilled through our in-house team or trusted delivery partners.
11. Communication
All delivery-related updates will be shared via WhatsApp or phone at the time of subscription registration.
