Welcome to Pet Poshan.

By accessing our website and subscribing to a meal plan, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About Pet Poshan

Pet Poshan is a Pune-based fresh dog food kitchen that prepares and delivers daily-cooked meals to select neighbourhoods.

We operate as a small-batch kitchen, not a mass-production facility.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order with Pet Poshan, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are the legal owner or authorised caregiver of the pet for whom meals are ordered.
• The information you provide about your dog is accurate and complete.

3. Our Meals

Pet Poshan prepares fresh meals daily using vet-approved recipes and wholesome ingredients.

While we design meals for everyday feeding:

• Individual dogs may have specific allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions.
• It is the pet parent’s responsibility to inform us of any dietary restrictions.
• For dogs with medical conditions, we recommend consulting your veterinarian before starting any new diet.

We do not guarantee medical outcomes.

4. Orders & Subscriptions

All plans (Starter, Weekly, and Monthly) are subscription-based unless otherwise stated.

By subscribing, you agree that:

• Deliveries will be made according to the selected plan.
• Charges will apply as per the plan selected.
• Delivery fees are separate unless part of a specific offer.

We reserve the right to update plan pricing with prior notice.

5. Payment Terms

• Payments must be made in full before plan activation unless otherwise agreed.
• Trial offers and promotional benefits are valid only during the specified period.
• Failure to complete payment may result in paused deliveries.

6. Subscription Changes & Cancellations

We understand that life with pets can change.

• You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription by informing us via WhatsApp.
• Changes must be requested at least 24 hours before the next scheduled preparation cycle.
• Refunds for partially used plans are subject to review.
• Promotional benefits (such as free delivery months) may be void if plans are discontinued prematurely.

7. Delivery Policy

We currently serve select neighbourhoods in Pune.

• Delivery schedules are communicated via WhatsApp.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
• Once delivered, storage instructions must be followed promptly to maintain freshness.

Pet Poshan is not liable for spoilage due to improper storage after delivery.

8. Eco-Friendly Bowl System (3-Month Plan)

With our 3-Month Plan, we provide 4 reusable eco-friendly bowls to support our low-waste delivery system.

Each day, 2 bowls are delivered, and 2 are collected, making fresh feeding simple and sustainable.

We request that bowls be returned clean and in good condition during the plan.

At the end of 3 months, you may either:

• Continue with another 3-month plan and keep the swap system going, or
• Choose to keep the bowls.

If bowls are lost or damaged beyond normal use, a replacement charge may apply.

9. Food Storage & Handling

As our meals are freshly prepared and preservative-free:

• Meals must be refrigerated upon receipt.
• Consumption timelines will be shared at the time of delivery.
• Pet Poshan is not responsible for quality issues resulting from improper storage.

10. Allergies & Reactions

While our recipes are carefully developed:

• Dogs may react differently to new diets.
• Pet Poshan is not liable for allergic reactions or digestive sensitivities.
• We recommend a gradual transition to fresh meals, especially for first-time users.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, text, graphics, and images are the property of Pet Poshan.

They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

Pet Poshan shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Health issues arising from undisclosed medical conditions
• Issues arising from improper storage or feeding beyond our instructions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant plan period.

13. Service Availability

We reserve the right to:

• Modify service areas
• Adjust delivery schedules
• Suspend services temporarily due to operational constraints

We will communicate any such changes transparently.

14. Updates to Terms

Pet Poshan may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
